        Hi everyone,

        I’m currently working on a research project and looking for transcription services that can accurately transcribe my interviews and focus groups. I want to ensure that my research is reliable and valid, and having accurate transcripts is crucial for this.

        I’ve come across GoTranscript’s research transcription services https://gotranscript.com/transcription-services/research-transcription and was wondering if anyone has used them before? How was your experience with their service? Were the transcripts accurate and delivered on time?

        Also, are there any other research transcription services that you would recommend? I want to make sure I explore all my options before making a decision.

          Hello

          We are unfamiliar with the Gotranscripts service. The projects that our group has been involved lately have not used a transcription service as we have relied on the transcription feature available in meeting platforms (e.g. Google meet, Microsoft teams or Zoom) to transcribe online focus groups and interview. Using automatic transcriptions require careful checks but it shortens the overall transcription time.
